Humangest Spa, research for an important client company that designs, produces and distributes high quality materials for footwear, accessories and functional apparel  a Sales Operations Executive and Business Analyst to work from home office  with 20% travel requirement to all 3 Italian sites.

Day-to-day Sales Operational responsibilities: - Support Sales Teams and Customer Service Teams in timely and accurate pre-sales, during-sales, and after-sales activities.

- Address concerns collaboratively with relevant teams to ensure smooth business transactions.

Sales Analysis and Reporting: - Extract information from e. g.

ERP and Excel files and prepare the data analysis to support sales and customer service's needs.

Support the management of Customer, Materials, and Pricing Master Data: - Maintain up-to-date and accurate data to support timely and efficient customer service.

- Support operational strategies aligned with Commercial and Customer Service teams for sustainable business growth.

Commercial Support for Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Align with key stakeholders and support growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction initiatives.

- Collaborate with other functional teams to implement regulations and policies.

Sales Demand Planning support: - Support SandOP process - Participate in monthly sales demand planning meetings to ensure timely availability of materials for customer orders.
