Sales Operations Manager A Sales Operations Manager is a strategic role responsible for supporting the commercial strategy, providing market insights, business analytics and insights to the sales team, building business cases to support deal execution, optimising sales processes, implementing sales technologies, and ensuring the sales team operates efficiently to support business growth and customer satisfaction. A Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in aligning sales strategies with business objectives. They ensure that sales processes are streamlined, data-driven decisions are made, and the sales tech stack is fully utilized to achieve business targets. By analyzing sales data, they identify trends, forecast sales, and implement strategies to improve sales performance. They also work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations, enhance productivity, and drive sales growth. Sales Operations Manager responsibilities include: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and product development needs Partnering with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to implement new sales and customer-related processes Build a market share watchlist of main comps in Italy, France and Spain Elaborate/Maintain product price list aligned with the company's strategy Elaborate Sales variable incentive schemes Develop and implement sales processes for sales teams, specialists and other representatives Optimize existing sales processes, practices, and policies for internal customer satisfaction and employee productivity Ensure high levels of data quality and process consistency in sales and marketing systems Identify customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and consumer trends Oversee the sales funnel Analyze sales/CRM data to create sales forecasts, and measure impact to support decision-making Manage the overall sales tech stack, including Hubspot and other sales automation tools, to increase sales process efficiency, and to maximize opportunities and customer relationships Hire, develop, and manage a high-performing sales operations team Requirements and skills BSc/MSc in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proven experience in sales operations, business analysis, or sales support management Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration Demonstrated leadership in managing and motivating teams Strong leadership skills to evaluate ongoing sales team performance and provide training and coaching when necessary Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities Experience with sales tech stack management, particularly HubSpot, to utilise CRM and database software tools in daily tasks Research and reporting skills to analyse sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts Why you should join Scalapay: Attractive packages based on skills and experience International environment with significant challenges to be met every day Lots of opportunities to work with a team of industry tech leaders who are focused on delivering products that offer exceptional user experiences Latest technologies and being encouraged to bring your flair to the role Recruitment Process: A quick chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members A first set of interviews with the Hiring Manager to deep dive into your experiences and better understand your motivation - for sure at least one of these will be face to face A case study to test your hard skills, that will be debriefed with a panel of future internal stakeholders A final chat with Simone (our CEO) where he will share and assess the Scalapay Values #J-18808-Ljbffr
