We are looking for a results-driven Sales Operations Partner to join our mission to create a #CyberFit future and protect all data,  applications,  and systems across any environment. The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for the business operations support across the world and will manage support functions essential to sales productivity.

This includes forecast and budget planning, reporting, quota setting and management, and sales process optimization. WHAT YOU'LL DO Support globally the RVP, Sales Operations Director and General Managers on forecasting and business performance reviewsCoordinate the forecasting processes regionally and across strategic business units with the use of collaborating toolsCoordinate and drive the planning processEstablish high levels of data quality, accuracy, and consistencyCreate and analyze a series of reports for tracking of sales and business resultsFulfill regular and ad hoc reporting requests.

Enhance reports on an ongoing basisIdentify opportunities for improvement and attend quarterly regional action planning meetingsWork closely with the regional field sales organizations to build profitable, balanced and compliant businessesImplement sales tools, policies, directions and guidelines to standardize high-quality sales processes across WWSupport Global Sales Operations team in cross-functional projects and strategic changes to systems and processes WHAT YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS) 5+ years of hands-on Sales Operations experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExperience with CRM tools and commissions systems, especially Salesforce (SFDC)Experience with direct and indirect sales structures and strategiesAbility to deal with ambiguity across multi-country/cultural environmentsHighly positive personality and ready to deal with conflict constructivelyComfortable with a hands-on roleStrong internal customer focus with desire to learn all aspects of the businessHigh level of discipline, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while still maintaining a high-level of accuracyStrong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsOutstanding organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skillsTeam-player and positive attitude, eager to do more and help out, views challenging situations as opportunitiesSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervisionPassion and commitment to succeed by working hard and never giving upFluent English WHO WE AREAcronis is a global cyber protection company that provides natively integrated cybersecurity, data protection, and endpoint management for managed service providers (MSPs), small and medium businesses (SMBs), enterprise IT departments, and home users.
