ResponsibilitiesSupport all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets. Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing. Prioritize own tasks to ensure agreed deadlines or SLA is achieved. Own customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution. Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales. Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager. Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required. In Advanced Solutions, the SOE books customer orders and does not perform quoting (this is done by the Internal Sales Specialist). Knowledge, Skills, and ExperienceStrong attention to detail. Process driven results orientated. Customer focused. Excellent organizational skills. Effective time management and prioritizing skills. Numerate. Excellent communication skills.
