**THE ROLE

NGG++ are looking for a Sales Optimisation Manager to drive the cross-functional S&OP process to achieve net revenue targets, driving gross to net efficiencies, seasonal replenishment and inventory optimization strategies.

You will be responsible for achieving and maintaining healthy inventory levels that enable delivering revenue and margin targets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Work closely with Customer Ops to provide visibility to customer orderbook and delivery plans.

- Track the seasonal orderbook availability and receiving status, monitor cancellations and make action plans for business recovery.

- Establish monthly replenishment and close-out sales goals.

Provide recommendations and actions to shape inventory positions for future replenishment inventory sales.

- Manage customer cancellation requests with Sales, Finance and Operations teams.

- Own the inventory clearance responsibility to deliver optimal margin performance for the business.

- Build the clearance capacity and relationships with the dedicated clearance partners and work closely with Operations on capacity planning.

- Support annual and seasonal sales planning and forecasting process.

WHO YOU ARE

- You'll have a strong ability to understand how consumer demand is likely to influence current and future inventory levels, maintain a comprehensive view of seasonal buy strategies and keep yourself updated with the latest supply chain developments

- Process driven person with excellent analytical/planning skills.

- Strong understanding of sales processes, policies, and procedures.

- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.

- You are proactive, curious, and embrace growth and evolution, question the status quo and look to drive progress and change.
