**What challenges can you expect?

**:

- Advising customers on commercial matters and simple technical issues

- Preparing offers and order confirmations in accordance with agreed customer specifications, taking into account customer-specific delivery and payment conditions and export regulations.

- Entering the data relevant to the offer/order in ERP / CRM and master data

- Keeping and maintaining digital files.

Carrying out internal and external correspondence in accordance with general instructions

- Coordinating with the regional team in regard to special customer procedures (e. g.

special prices, conditions, designs, export regulations, backlogs, open invoices, etc.

)

- Supporting customer orders during processing

- Monitoring contracts with customers and agents of the Reinhausen Group.

- Tracking offers within the framework of the defined processes

**What do we expect from you?

- Min.

diploma in commercial or technical area (e. g.

industrial or business).

- Sales experience and good technical understanding are advantageous.

- Spoken and written fluency in local language and English; additional language skills desirable

- PC skills (e. g.

SAP or comparable ERP system, Office, etc.

)

- Strong customer orientation, good communication skills

- Process and system understanding

- Willingness to travel if necessary
