Sales Partneship & Account Manager
_We are looking for _
We are looking for a Senior Partnership e Account Manager who will be in charge of Sharewood's partnership acquisition, identifying potential opportunities in order to clinch new commercial agreements and coordinating the whole selection process.
- Your responsibilities_
- Creating Business and Partnership Development strategies
- Managing the B2B partnership and commercial deal with international Tour operator, Travel Agency, ecc. .
- Setting the layout of the partnership acquisition project
- Carrying out negotiations and drawing up contracts
- Implementing long-term partnerships in line with the industry evolution and market conditions
- Supporting and constantly updating with other business areas, especially with the Sales Product Manager and the Marketing team
- Analyzing data and monitoring results
- You are ideally _
- Passionate about sport, active tourism and sustainability
- A professional with at least 5 years of experience in a sale and partnership position (at least 8 years)
- Excited to manage clients & partners portfolios
- Able to use software programs and CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Strong in communication skills
- A high performer with exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
- Experienced in marketing and creative partnership management
- Experienced in HR (nice to have)
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledgeable of the tourism industry and the online communication media
