Sales Planning
Posizione**:
As a **Sales Planning Specialist** at Free2Move eSolutions (from here onwards, the Company) your primary focus and responsibility will be to define sales targets and create a strategy that meets goals and achieves sales and marketing results.
The sales planning works in collaboration with the product marketing team, the sales team and the international key account team to properly deploy the full year target into monthly business objectives by market, by channel and by product.
You will report to Commercial Operations team collaborating closely with the Industrial Operation teams to support the all Supply Chain Management and Supplier Relationship.
**Requisiti**:
**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
- Create a situational analysis
- Identify Objectives and goals by market, by product and by channel
- Set a sales strategy in agreement with the Sales Department
- Set a sales budget
- Set controls and measurements
- Master's degree in engineering or business discipline is required
- eam working attitude and a great interest in the automotive/e-mobility branch;
- Good computer skills: Windows, Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook);
- Ability to work on different projects in compliance with deadlines;
- Good listening skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Excellent result orientation;
- Knowledge of hybrid and electric vehicle;
- Knowledge of fluent English, written and spoken, is mandatory
