Gi Group Office, on behalf of important multinational in the Automotive industry, is looking for a

SALES PLANNING SPECIALIST

who will be part of the Sales Planning Team, supporting the Sales Department in the daily business, by maintaining accurate and updated the Sales information decks.

Reporting to the Sales Planning Deputy Manager, you will have the main goal of collecting and analyzing the most relevant Sales Data, in order to enable the Sales Management to define the most suitable and profitable Volumes Scenarios (WS, RS, Contract, registrations).

In particular you will take care of the preparation and maintenance of reports and analyses connected with the following activities:

Sales objectives development, release and control.

Development of the annual sales plans with the appropriate detail by model, engine and channel.

Monthly Sales forecasting at a national level, in order to support sales and production planning and marketing activities.

Reporting of key monthly sales and stock KPI's.

Regular (daily / weekly / monthly/quarterly) reporting of all new cars sales data.

Monthly cycle of production planning and placement of orders, collaborating for official reporting with supply chain & logistic team.

Regular reporting of stock, including stock availability, aging analysis and identification of stock shortages.

Reporting related to vehicle sales and registrations.

Early identification of sales / stock issues and deviation of actuals from plan.

Support weekly forecast process with ad hoc analysis, highlighting risks and opportunities.

All ad hoc reporting and analysis related to the above.

**Requirements**:

At least 2 years of experience in similar positions

Degree in Economics or Statistics

Fluent in Italian and English

MS Office proficient user (Excel in particular)

The knowledge of Tableau is a plus

**Soft skills**: strong attention to details; good communication skills; ability to prioritize work and multi-task in a fast paced setting, willing to take on new projects and be flexible; ability to merge data from various sources, write formulas to summarize data, translate data into a user-friendly reports, and data mine for necessary drill-down metrics.

**Offer**: Permanent full-time contract.

**Location**: Milano ovest.

**Type of work**: 4 days on site and 1 day in smart working per week.
