Sales Product Specialist , Lazio And Sardegna
As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding the quarterly - and the annual sales quota in your assigned region.
You will report directly to the Area Sales Manager for South / Center of Italy.

**Here's where you'll demonstrate your competencies**:
Plan and carry out sales activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through regular account visits.
**Manage Tender**: monitor upcoming tenders, prepare response to tender (define strategy, products, samples, pricing), attend tender ceremonies, Post tender follow up.
Maintain opportunity tracking through active funnel management.
Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
Provide pre-sales and post sales technical support and guidance.
Report competitive intelligence to marketing and sales management.
Continuously developing your technical and commercial knowledge of products.
Communicate and implement all sales and marketing programs for region.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies.
Partner with Field Service Engineers to provide best in class service while maximizing our opportunity for consumables.
Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e. g. , product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing.
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
Ensure CRM is always updated regularly and maintained.
Perform extensive user training demonstrating a wide range of skills including presenting and practical demonstrations at customers site.
**Here's what we'll need from you**:
1-3 years relevant (technical) sales experience in the medical device market is strongly preferred.
Experienced in selling capital goods and consumables.
Scientific Bachelor's Degree or Engineering is preferred.
Experience in interacting with stakeholders in the sterilization, hospital hygiene or operating room fields is a big asset.
Ability to communicate with customers on both a commercial and technical level as required is essential.
Understanding of medical devices would be preferred but is not exclusive.
Experience with FBS/Lean operation principles of continuous improvement is preferred.
Fluent in English is required.
Willingness to travel.
Hunger to quickly become an expert on our product portfolio.
Strong communication skills (oral and written) and the ability to use them at several organizational levels.
Flexible.
Able and willing to travel within the assigned region in Italy.
