She/He will be working within the Incentives Team, which is responsible for designing and implementing commercial strategies aimed at achieving sales targets.

The intern will support the Sales Promotion Manager and the entire team by providing data analysis, competitive insights, and benchmarking activities.

This role will directly contribute to the development of tools and strategies that leverage pricing to drive sales success. Your Mission: Assist in the creation and implementation of commercial strategies and promotional tools. Support the Sales Promotion Manager in analyzing sales data and modeling competitiveness. Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities. Provide insights into the effectiveness of sales incentives and pricing strategies. Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales promotion activities. Your Talents:Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or equivalentStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Interest in the automotive industry and commercial strategy development. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. English and Italian: fluent, spoken and writtenAbility to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Enthusiasm for supporting a team and contributing to business success. The ideal candidate is comfortable in working in cross cultural environment and s/he shows a desire to improve the status quo with a positive "can do" attitude and enthusiasm for the automotive market.
