Bid Managerfor an aerospace client based in Rome.
The Bid Manager is responsible for management, planning, and execution of the Offer and preparing the initial project baseline which will be transferred to the Project Manager.

RequirementsMaster Degree in Engineering specialties or Business ManagementAt least 2 (two) years' experience in Management of Bid & ProposalFluent English levelWillingness to keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and legislationSoft SkillsOpen-minded and strong management skills, with the ability to overcome complex situations and manage multi-tasking and tight schedulesTeam player with strong dedication to achieve common team goalsAble to motivate and support stakeholders of all levelsWillingness to travel worldwide, including for long periodsResponsibilitiesSet up the Bid Plan and manage the BidInterface and coordinate internal/external teams maintaining the timeline of the BidLead the Bid activities and the Bid Team throughout the Bid lifecycleWork closely with the Sales and Marketing organization to prepare winning bidsDefine the initial project baseline based on a viable solution and project structure compliant with Customer requirements and Company strategy/policySecure the consistency of the Bid Baseline to the Customer requirements (RFQ)Monitor and validate the RFQ requirements' compliance throughout the Bid executionEnsure the On-time, On-Cost, and On-Quality Bid executionDeliver an agreed and authorized cost estimation (Total Cost At Completion) including managed risks & opportunities and financial costsManage the Bid Internal Review and prepare the relevant data packageAssure the timely delivery of the Bid Pack and contribute to negotiations with the CustomerEnsure successful and smooth transition of the Bid process to the Project phaseLa ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77).
