Sales Rep Gynaecology
Job Description
The position foresees the exercise of the profession of Scientific Informer of Drugs (ISF) to represent products and services of the Gynecology line of Organon Italia to a selection of doctors specializing in gynecology.
The purpose of the position is to build and maintain solid professional relationships with specialists operating within the area of their competence, providing scientific information approved by Organon on the clinical area and Organon products / services for the line; manage the gynecology product portfolio in the assigned territorial areas, achieve and exceed predefined business objectives, in alignment with marketing strategies, in full compliance with legislation, national and regional regulations, Farmindustria standards and company policies and standards.
Main activities / responsibilities
Information activities on online products for the AT in question, within the assigned territory.
Understanding and managing the dynamics of the territories, with the aim of offering the best solutions and services in support of the Organon product portfolio.
Responsibility for achieving and / or exceeding the pre-assigned sales objectives, in alignment with Company directives, effectively positioning the benefits and use of the products in its portfolio.
Development and implementation of operational plans in collaboration with its Area Manager, plans centered on satisfying customer needs and on performance, ensuring effective targeting and monitoring one's activity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Development and maintenance of strong professional fiduciary relationships with customers (KOL, doctors and auxiliary staff) in the assigned territories, leveraging the network with internal partners with whom to create synergy and teamwork.
Represent Organon's image in a professional, ethical, law-compliant and effective way.
Demonstrate, by understanding the pathologies, to know the Organon brands and competitor products for the reference AT.
Demonstrate strong skills in the knowledge of reimbursement plans for the assigned product lines in the portfolio.
Demonstrate effectiveness in the management of the territory and in the skills of scientific information, as well as in the management of the assigned activities.
Participating in team activities and sharing knowledge, experience and information.
Compliance with laws, regulations and directives and policies that govern the conduct of Organon information personnel
Plan, implement and follow up on projects based on customer needs.
