About the job Provide customers with all information about Royal Jordanian.
Demonstrate services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
Maximizing RJ revenue, achieve the set target, looking for new market and new potential.
Duties & Responsibilities: Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current agents and prospective agents to generate new business for the organization.
Develop clear and effective written proposals /quotations for current and prospective customers Resolve agent complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations.
Determine agent requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions.
Provide accurate information regarding RJ offers, rules fares etc.
Agent performance analysis Market needs and demand analysis Monitoring competitor's performance and practices Knowledge & Skills Required: Customer service/communication skills Time management Negotiation skills Work under pressure Computer skills Strong planning and organizational skills Travel industry knowledge Reservation and ticketing knowledge Team work Fluency in spoken and written English is an advantage.
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of airline sales experience Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field Only candidates under consideration will be contacted.
