About the jobProvide customers with all information about Royal Jordanian.
Demonstrate services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs. Maximizing RJ revenue, achieve the set target, looking for new market and new potential. Duties & Responsibilities:Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current agents and prospective agents to generate new business for the organization. Develop clear and effective written proposals /quotations for current and prospective customersResolve agent complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions and making recommendations. Determine agent requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products and solutions. Provide accurate information regarding RJ offers, rules fares etc. Agent performance analysisMarket needs and demand analysisMonitoring competitor's performance and practicesKnowledge & Skills Required:Customer service/communication skillsTime managementNegotiation skillsWork under pressureComputer skillsStrong planning and organizational skillsTravel industry knowledgeReservation and ticketing knowledgeTeam workFluency in spoken and written English is an advantage. Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of airline sales experienceBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related fieldOnly candidates under consideration will be contacted.
