**The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a Sales Representative (M/F/*) for Food and Safety at 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

- _Leads Sales and promote in direct channel Food and Safety products and solution

- _Establish and maintain effective customer relationships, promote Customer understanding and provide the effective 3M solutions

- _Identify and drive the development of new market opportunities in the designated target

- _Working with the wider sales team to implement and execute effective business development activities.

- _Monitor customer and market trends tracking records and KPIs**Your Skills and Expertise

- _Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in the following fields: Biology or Food Science and Technology Background

- _Experience / Skills in relevant market or former positions in Food and Safety IndustryAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include

- _A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationship

- _A collaborative, solution-focused and consultative approach

- _Excellent Italian and Fluent English skills

- _Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office and Salesforce**Location**:This position will be based in Italy

**Travel**:May include up to 80% (mainly domestic)
