**As one of our High Ticket Closers, you will have the possibility to earn $2, 000 - $10, 000+ per month

Job Description**STRATEGIES**:

- Present, promote and sell Unger Academy products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

- Know the offer - stay up to date on the benefits our offer has to prospects and existing members

- Achieve sales targets within schedule

- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

- Maximize satisfaction to generate positive testimonials and referrals and expand your customer base by providing simple and fast resolution to student problems and complaints.

- Be prepared to learn and grow together with your team

**TACTICS**:

BE READY TO GROW AND CULTIVATE YOUR GARDEN

- Plan your working day efficiently: no set hours!

But consider working around the best time to make calls in your language and take at least 3 calls per day.

- Know your prospect: study their data and listen attentively when communicating with them to understand what would truly benefit them and help you close a sale.

- Nourish your client base: maintain a positive relationship with your clients and prospects through scheduled follow-ups and be available for them when they need your support.

We always offer new products you can present to our existing clients.

- Be an active participant of the team: we work together and grow together as a team; we help and support each other and you are expected to take on this mindset.

- Use the tools at your disposal to track progress, set reminders, and manage priority.

- Create the ideal environment for a positive mindset before entering a call

LEARNING AND TRAINING

- Knowledge of the market and of trading is a plus but not necessary.

We provide full training and daily support:

- You'll have a mentor you can always rely on and weekly one-to-one sessions to give each other feedback and help you thrive.

- Each week, there are scheduled group sessions where we review the best performing calls together as a team, so you can improve your sales knowledge, take inspiration from the successes of fellow Tutors, and always look for ways to BE the inspiration!

- Never hesitate to ask for help!

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in high ticket sales closing is preferred

- Bilingual Italian/English or native English is preferred

- Successful experience selling to North American market will put you ahead of the competition
