Main duties and responsibilities Responsible for establishing and managing customer relations Responsible for customers of Italy, daily contact with them Strong focus on customer acquisition Supported by a dedicated back office staff Responsible for the communication between the production plant and the customers Negotiating and concluding sales contracts Claim management Customer payment performance CRM administration Reporting to direct superior and company management Visiting customers according to a predefined trip plan Requirements Finished university / college studies 2-3 years experience in sales Fluent Italian and min.
