JOB DESCRIPTION Position Title:

Sales Representative - Outdoor & Recreation (Lombardia e Veneto) Reports to:

Build client relationships and expand our customer database Host virtual styling sessions in store via our Book A Stylist service Create a positive and successful team environment Think outside the box with solutions for sales, marketing & communication and events to increase productivity Prepare and execute annual budgets for theaccounts Prepare and execute promotional sales activities and campaigns Have flare and enthusiasm to inspire clients and be our brand ambassador Execute sales visits/calls to existing and potential customers in order to maximise sales growth Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed Participate in domestic and international trade shows Develop relationships with listed accounts and potential customers Work across cross-functional teams internally to maximize new product development exclusive to your client base.

Qualifications:

2 to 3 years of sales experience in similar positions/industry Good written and spoken English Excellent attention to detail Good Project Management Skills and some knowledge of Research and Development High-energy self-starter as well as collaborative team player Drive for results Good command of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP knowledge would be an advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Up-and-coming & persistent Willing to travel 80% of the time
