The Job's Mission
-
The Sales Representative will be primarily responsible for becoming the resident Medical hospital expert by meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory and associated Medical hospital product line.
This will be accomplished by representing Stryker as a leader in our industry and the marketplace by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of healthcare professionals.

Key Activities & Accountabilities_
- Driving growth in the territory through active constant customer engagement
- Creating new sales opportunities, targeted sales approach.
- Meeting and exceeding sales quota
- Planning and executing on a quarterly and annual business plan, this will be showing management of existing revenue streams and customers, and driving acquisition across the territory generating growth.
- Implement strategy at local level in coordination with the RSM and PM
- Control all resources and materials in his/her territory
- Customer care for healthcare professionals and hospital administration with
- Managing contracts and pricing agreements in the territory, working with RSM and PM to ensure this is within the desired company bands.
- Completing quotes and tenders/ reporting as and when required
- Representing Stryker to all levels of HCP, commissioners, and managers in their territory.
- Supporting in-person customer experience of our products through coverage of exhibits, trade shows and educational events.
- In-service support where required
- Continuing to support compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting noncompliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements, and Company's policies and procedures
- Remaining current on industry, customer, and competitive trends
- Acting a consultancy capacity with other Stryker departments
- Promoting and disseminating the culture of compliance (compliance with regulations and ethical behavior)
- Fulfilling the quality policy and comply with company's standard operative procedures with particular attention to the Vigilance ones

Education_
Degree in sciences, economics or similar.
Professional training in a medical, scientific or technical career it's a plus.

Experience
-
1-3 years successful sales and/or marketing experience essential.
Evidence of success in sales required.
Previous sales experience in the Medical Device Business, both consumables and capital equipment, is considered a plus.
