We're seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to drive revenue and growth in our Human Milk product portfolio across Emilia-Romagna and Toscana. As a key player, you'll have the opportunity to shape the landscape of both hospital and retail channels, connecting with healthcare professionals and families alike. Why Join Us? Engage in international and cross-cultural projects, broadening your horizons. Responsibilities: Drive sales revenue and profitability in your territory, aligning with company objectives. Manage existing accounts across hospital, pharmacy, and baby shop channels. Develop strategic objectives tailored to company goals. Elevate the profile of the Medela brand through increased sales conversions. Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within key accounts (for instance: NICU, HCPs, Midwives, Neonatologists, etc). Formulate and implement Customer Account Plans to enhance and increase overall business efficiency. Qualifications: A degree either in Business, Science, Healthcare, or related field is preferred. Proven experience in sales, ideally within the medical device sector. Strong track record in product/business management. Experience of compiling business cases and cost analysis data. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Skills and Abilities: Driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit. Commercial, Sales and Negotiation skills. Excellent communication and networking abilities. Strong focus on customer service. Be proactive in problem-solving and decision making. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
