Sales Representative Neuromodulation
The Sales representative is responsible for the sales of Neuromodulation Division Product Line in the assigned Region.
This position's function is also to leverage on products portfolio in order to maximize revenues and profitable growth for Neuromodulation Division.
- This position is additionally responsible for ensuring that all questions of a technical nature from the field or internal sources are answered in an expeditious manner and reported to the competent authorities within Abbott.
- This position is also responsible for attending implants, follow-ups and supporting any issues related to devices (as back up of FTEs ).
**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales target for the year, as identified in annual plan
- Provide consistent and accurate sales forecast by account
- Maintain or improve ASP of product portfolio in the assigned territory
- Implement in agreement with Neuromodulation Division, strategies and tactics to ensure market penetration, sales goals and the establishment of new accounts
- Coordinate promotion of new and existing products, with all relevant marketing activities such as product presentations and competitor information, in order to guarantee high competitive standards and maximize Neuromodulation Division visibility and image
- Support Key Customer development with dedicated high value programs
- Support Bid and Tenders office and Customer Service with updated information and correct timing.
- Maintain all contacts and relationship with customers, KOLs and referrals
- Ensure all Neuromodulation Division standing Quality Procedures are followed
- Provide technical support and assistance in the assigned territory to the sales force and physicians in concordance with the FTEs for implants and follow ups
- Produce concise monthly report on personal activities and outlining plan for following month ensuring the fulfillment of Neuromodulation Division requirements
**EDUCATION & COMPETENCIES
- Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or equivalent
- At least 3 years experiences in similar role
- Strong commercial acumen and drive for results
- Self-starter who works as well independently as in teams
- Strong selling skills and excellent ability to build relations
- Positive and proactive attitude.
- High technical and clinical interest and understanding
- Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Good English knowledge, both written and verbal
- Have a driver's license and be able to travel 75%
