Sales Representative (Oil & Gas)

We are seeking a Junior Project Secretary to join our team.

We will provide initial onboarding education and detailed and ongoing training programs to help grow your own personal success in this role.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including but not limited to developing promotional materials, coordinating events, and managing social media content.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Generate leads through networking and other means of outreach.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and customers, providing exceptional customer service to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the company CRM.
- Prepare reports on sales activity and pipeline progress for upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a coordinated and cohesive sales and marketing approach.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous sales or marketing experience a plus.
- Experience with multi-tier distribution a plus.
- Experience in networking, security and/or public/private cloud a plus.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Experience with social media marketing.
- Familiarity with market research tools and methods.
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
Retribuzione: €1. 400, 00 - €2. 000, 00 al mese
