Sales Line, headhunting company, is selecting a Sales Representative – Wholesale Electrical Material – Northern Piemonte for a leading company in automation systems.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Our client is the Italian branch of a multinational company in home automation and access management systems, present in Italy for over 40 years.

WHO ARE WE SEEKING?

We are looking for a Sales Representative for the Northern Piemonte area (Biella, Torino, Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, Vercelli, Aosta ).

WHAT WILL THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE DO?

Reporting to the Area Manager, the Sales Representative will be responsible for:

Searching for new clients and sales opportunities ; Continuously visiting and overseeing the sales points of wholesale electrical material clients in the area, conducting training, promotion, and sales activities; Visiting installers to promote the sale of products through wholesalers, adopting a consultative approach; Managing and retaining the client portfolio in the assigned area; Independently managing negotiations from the initial offer to the sale.

IDEAL CANDIDATE High school diploma or degree, preferably in electrical or electronic fields; 3-4 years of experience in the electrical sector, in the distribution of electrical materials; Excellent knowledge of market dynamics; Experience using CRM (knowledge of SalesForce will be considered a plus); Soft skills: goal orientation, organizational skills, and interpersonal skills.
