As we expand our presence in **Europe**, we are looking for a **passionate and dynamic Sales Representative** to join our team and grow our brand across key markets.

**Role Overview**:

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors and key accounts in the European market.

- Identify new business opportunities to expand Cap Gin's presence.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with distributors and clients.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to support brand awareness and promotional activities.

- Provide market insights and sales reports to optimize business strategies.

**Profil**:

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in spirits sales, preferably with premium brands.

- Strong network in the alcohol distribution sector.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and travel across Europe.

- Knowledge of marketing is a plus.

- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
