Who we are looking for

**Amplifon is looking for a talented resource to join Italy In-Store Excellence Operations Internship, in the Retail Excellence Department.

**The REX department has the aim to ensure full control of the most relevant business and in-store KPIs to drive sales and productivity, successfully hitting company targets, and to guarantee continuous funnel improvement through the best in-store customer experience and an effective operating model, while acting as the active and direct partner to the field organization.

**The selected resource will become part of a young and dynamic team, proactively contributing to the creation, improvement and update of useful tools and analysis in support of field performance growth.

**You will work in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

**Reporting Line: the resource reports to the Italy In-Store Excellence Specialist

**Key Accountabilities and Mission**:

- **Support monitoring of the average length of each funnel segment, setting targets, verifying achievement, and defining action plans if required.

**:

- **Assist in ensuring Operative Protocols appropriate execution, with specific daily-weekly-monthly reports and data analysis of different outputs with attention to detail in complex frameworks**:

- **Support the InStore team to guarantee the best in-store customer experience, working along with the other Rex Stakeholders and acting as a connection point between cross-functional departments and Field Organization.

**:

- **Support InStore Manager and Specialist to lead the design, launch, and implementation of all projects related to in-store excellence.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- **Master's Degree in Economics, Marketing, Communication, Statistics, Engineering or similar**:

- **Fluent in English and Italian**:

- **Excellent knowledge of Office package, with advanced expertise in Excel (pivot, statistics formulas) and PowerPoint to assemble and present information**:

- **Power B. I.

- **Possess strong analytical acumen**:

- **Possess critical thinking, clear and open communication, relational and team-building skills**:
