We encourage advancement and offer tangible development opportunities!In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Directing and coordinating activities to promote the sale of Products and Solutions in the assigned segmentManaging Target Accounts and routinely conducts customer visitsSupporting technically all Sales ForceContributing to the development and execution of pricing strategies to increase penetration and improve profitContributing to Strategic plans: propose and drive initiatives and plans in line with Global / European and Italian StrategyReporting the Business on a monthly basis (and when required) with detailed analysis of performance vs Plan (Orders & Sales, Growth Programs, Target Accounts, Opportunity tracking, Customer satisfaction)Driving for continuous improvement: develop and monitor relevant KPIs and engage appropriate initiativesProviding feedback on emerging trends and opportunities to Marketing and Segment ManagerWho You Are:You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
