Burckhardt Compression Italia, Italian branch of BC, located in Caponago (MB) is looking for young resource with some years of technical and commercial experience in service/aftermarket of mechanical machinery, preferable rotating equipment.
The position is part of Sales Team in Serv Division with the objective to push and support the business development and the growth of the organization with new customers and increasing service portfolio.
Main tasks:
Collaborate with Front Sales in Accounts & Customers management
Manage bidding phase activities* from RFQ until Order confirmation also in direct contact with the Customer for:
Repairs RevampingOverhaul
In collaboration/exchange with internal SERV and F&A/Procurement/ Shipping dep.
Push for Intercompany/Regional relationship for best practices exchange/Joint projects development, develop/enhance service Portfolio to be offered to the customer
Organization of workload taking in consideration short notice priorities
Further tasks to be covered occasionally:
Cover Project Manager role for main repair/revamping Projects
Collaborate with Marketing Team for sales actions/events
Weekly/monthly reports of sales activities, customers expectation and prepare quarterly review meeting with headquarter
*Check customer technical requirements, define applicable deviation/comment to the specification including the applicable customer general condition;
Prepare cost calculation developing firm and budgetary quotes;
Define and prepare technical commercial proposal;
Negotiate with the customer in cooperation with Sales;
Prepare and issue Customer Order Confirmation;
Manage internal and external Kick of meeting;
Language and IT Skills:
Business fluent in local language
Good English knowledge, fluent in spoken and written
Office suite (power point, excel, outlook)
SAP 4Hana knowledge is a plus
