**Your Key Responsibilities**:
The Sales Service Specialist is a key resource to support Sales in customers' relations.
He/She is also key resource for the invoicing process and credit management, aligning internal local processes with corporate guidelines.
The Sales Service follows contracts management in all phases, from definition to approval.
He/She is also taking care of bonus management activities.
Sales Service, Local Customer Team:
- Handling of commercial customer complains.
Initiation of good will credit notes in conjuction with the respective departments
- Creation of credit and debit notes based price deviations
- Commercial support of the local sales team and local customers regarding the operational business.
Preparation, support and documentation of customer meetings.
Contract Management, Local Contract Specialist:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant and latest guidelines and processes in region Europe
- Support in the creation of new local contracts as well as update existing local contracts
- Conduct the administration of local contracts for the respective country
- Act as contact point for local sales, management and legal regarding all contract related topics
- Assure that all contracts of the region are stored in the central contract database
Bonus Management
- Coordinate Bonus management activities
- Bonus families definition and bonus schemes preparation in cooperation with sales
- Bonus accruals implementation in SAP
- Bonus target achievement final calculation and credit notes amounts definition
- Management of approval's flow according to approval guideline
**Your Qualifications**:
- Business administration degree or comparable educational background
- Relevant experience in Sales Service, preferably in the Automotive industry
- Good English level
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel and Power Point mandatory)
- Good knowledge of SAP R/3
- Strong analytical and communications skills
- Proactive approach
- Ability to work in a team
