Sales Solution Expert - German-Speaking Markets

**In a nutshell**:
As a part of our Global Sales Solution team, you will be a key player responsible for driving business solutions and expanding our presence in the Smart Factory Solution sector within the German-speaking markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Your role will involve close collaboration with local sales teams, where you'll research and develop innovative solutions. Furthermore, you'll actively support the entire sales organization in identifying and promoting solutions, with a strong emphasis on automation and software. This position can be based in hybrid modus with access to our office in Pieve Emanuele (Fizzonasco).

- and business processes. Our enthusiastic team is building scalable and modular solutions through the combination of machines, automation, and software - together with our customers, we define, plan, and implement a networked production environment. Ultimately, our mission is to be a trusted partner and advisor for our customers during their digitalization journey to ensure they can maintain a superior competitive edge.
**What you will be doing**:
- Become the resident expert on all standard and custom solutions, working closely with our Competence Center Automation and Solution Center.
- Proactively research and develop business solutions, staying up-to-date with market trends.
- Train local sales teams and indirect sales networks on our solutions.
- Visit customers to uncover and promote business opportunities, and participate in trade shows and solution sales initiatives.
- Coordinate branch actions, from project initiation to offer compilation.
- Oversee projects at all stages, from offer issuance to realization, and act as a reference point for special projects.
- Collaborate with Solution Design, Solution Software, and Solution Engineering teams.
- Coordinate sales support activities to advance new opportunities.
- Provide monthly business reports on market and project trends to the Head of Solution Sales.
**Your education & experience**:
- Proficieny in written and spoken German to effectively communicate with clients is a must
- Communicative English
- Ideally Background in mechanical, electrical, or IT technical high school
- Ability to present solutions using tools like PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with 2D CAD is a plus

- Willingness to travel up to 50%

- Strong and confident communicator across hierarchical levels
- Understanding of market demands and customer needs

- Proficient in understanding customer production processes.
