**SALES SOLUTIONS EXCELLENCE TRAINEE - INTERNSHIP/STAGE

For our Specialized Nutrition division in Milan we are looking as of now for a Solutions Excellence Trainee.

During your internship you'll be part of a dynamic team and you'll have visibility on all the company's departments, and you'll contribute to the achievements of your team.

**About the job

By supporting the Healthcare Solutions Excellence team you'll collaborate with several company's departments and external stakeholders to develop your analytical skills and to discover competitive dynamics of Specialized Nutrition products' market.

**In details, you'll be involved on**:

- Maintenance and implement of new business tool functionalities used by the sales team in the survey phase at the point of sales

- Develop and implement reports in collaboration with IT Team using Business Intelligence platform

- Create and update business reports for sharing with internal and network interlocutors

- Monitoring of the sales incentive system through the drafting of weekly and monthly scorecards

- Support the sales team in he use of tools, reports and reading the various Kpi's

- Support the Sales Team Solution Excellence Manager in the implementation of different projects related to the different channels

About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance or similar;

Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;

Structured and analytical way of working;

Relational skills and flexibility;

Excel and Power Point knowledge;

Fluent in English.
