**How you will succeed**:
- Assist in driving corporate sales initiatives by identifying and reaching out to potential clients.
- Nurture and convert incoming leads and requests from prospects.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. More specifically, you will manage your own portfolio of SMEs.
- Master our products and services, becoming an enthusiastic advocate who can articulate their value and benefits.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide informed insights to clients.
- Participate in sales presentations and negotiations under the guidance of experienced colleagues.
- Learn the art of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Assist in creating sales reports and presentations for management and clients.
- Work closely with senior sales professionals to learn the ropes and develop your sales acumen.
**How you will Succeed**:
- Passion for Sales: You're excited about the world of sales and eager to learn and grow. You are also driven by success and motivated when you reach a target.
- You have up to 3 years of work experience.
- You have excellent communication skills in Italian and in English.
- Relationship Building: You're a natural at building rapport and fostering long-term client relationships.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- You're ready to embrace new challenges and adapt to evolving market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
