Sales Specialist

We are establishing a corporation in Portugal to more actively publicize the excellence of Osstem Implant. Our mission is to introduce the user friendly implant solution for better efficiency and results for the implant treatment procedure and at the same time more profits for our customers.
**Qualifications**:
- 4+ years of experience in Dental Implant sales
- CRM Expertise
- Fluent in written and spoken English and confident in business correspondence.
- Ability to build and manage relationships
- Preferable to have a mindset of ongoing personal development
- Able to work independently and have self discipline. Also important to be to work as part of a team.
Key responsibilities will include
- Demonstrable sales and account management achievements
- Strong networking, business development and prospecting skills
- An aptitude for explaining and conversing technical product information.
- Performance and drive, with the desire to achieve and exceed targets
- Genuine belief in the benefits of good customer care
- Working closely with other teams to develop processes to improve customer experience
- Successful track record in a sales management within dentistry market.
- Experience in developing and implementing new tactics in order to build pipeline and ensure financial targets are met
- Adapt at presenting and writing concise reports for both customers and internal senior management
- Excellent communication skills, specifically in uncovering client business issues, articulating value propositions to address those requirements
- Construct personal development plans to improve individual and team performance
- Direct sales for key accounts and sell through distributor organizations to end-users in coordination with distributor sales resources
- Ensure compliance
- Proactively develop new qualifying distributor
Pay: €25, 000. 00 - €85, 000. 00 per year
