**Your contribution to the mission**:

- Join our multi-faceted Sales Team, with primary focus on Empatica's wire range of B2B solutions for experimental research.

You will be involved in all stages of the sales process, working closely with various teams at the company, including the Business Development, the Accounting, the Logistics, and the Customer Happiness teams to deliver top tier service to our customers.

_Beyond this, you'll help us provide high quality service, and best of all, improve people's lives.

**_Your day-to-day activities will include, but will not be limited to:

- _Pipeline management (inbound)_

- _Sales processes optimization _

- _Sales Metrics monitoring and reporting _

- _CRM tools management (Salesforce, Odoo, etc.

)_

**Some important details**:

- Empatica is an international environment with offices in Europe and the US, and so we conduct all our work in English.

- We are operating a hybrid model where our employees choose whether to work from home or come to the office.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Legal, or related fields

- Are able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently

- Previous experience with Sales Force is an advantage

- A genuine interest, passion, and motivation for Empatica's mission: to unlock a better, data-driven understanding of human health, and drive better outcomes for millions of people

- A passion for technology and innovation

- A pragmatic and execution mindset

- Have resilience, a get-things-done attitude, and an innate desire to do great work
