Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize sales processes for luxury short-term rental properties.
Collaborate with clients, home-owners and partners to ensure a seamless and personalized experience.
Utilize and maintain Property Management Systems (PMS), Channel Manager tools, and OTA platforms to maximize visibility and revenue.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
Actively contribute to the organization's success through problem-solving and a proactive approach to challenges.
Requirements Fluency in both English and Italian (written and spoken).
Previous experience in the luxury short-term rental or hospitality sector.
Expertise in using PMS systems, Channel Managers, and OTA platforms.
Proficiency with digital tools and software to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively while also taking initiative.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
