**This position reports to**:

Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Build and manage commercial relationship with customers, with a focus on volume, mix and profitability for every solution.

- Develop sales plan and proposal according to market needs.

- Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience.

Analyze different customers' needs to offer them a customized solution.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.

- Bring product news and marketing campaigns proposed by the company to the market.

- Work in a sales team in order to identify and develop new market opportunities and the achievement of team goals.

**Your background**:

- Engineering degree or technical diploma.

->3-5 years of experience in sales.

- Experience in Energy distribution, Home & Building Automation door entry systems.

- Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.

Ability to develop customers relationship.

- Knowledge of Microsoft tools.

- Be an excellent team player.

- Residence in the province of Napoli is required.
