We are looking for a Sales Specialist for our office based in Genova, Italy
THE ROLE Establish business to meet the customers´ requirements Send quotations to customers and to other Akkon offices based in other countries and follow up them Develop and execute commercial programs to achieve revenue, profitability and market share objectives Manage and maintain professional relationship with the customers Foster and develop relationships with the new prospective customers while identifying the customer´s needs and requirements Maintain a detailed customer database to include the customers´ company profile Negotiate with suppliers and carriers Drive sales development through an analysis of commercial opportunities Prospect and secure new customers and/ or new opportunities within existing accounts Maintain a database of pipeline opportunities including pipeline forecasts and recording of opportunity plans Monitor competitive activity and recommend action when necessary Participate in the weekly meetings with Headquarters, reporting Genova commercial activity, competition, follow up projects and pending matters THE PROFILE Relevant Bachelor's degree Minimum 3 years of commercial and business development experience, preferably within the maritime/ marine services industry A good communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills Strong negotiation skills, analytical skills and the ability to think strategically Ability to work in a team, flexibility, commitment and initiative #J-18808-Ljbffr
