**About the role**:
At the moment we are looking for an **Internal sales** specialized in **Adobe** and other solutions within the **Business Application BU**.
The person has a deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders.
The person will be responsible for **Building Excellent customer** and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge in order to have detailed conversation with customers on solution and **identify opportunities **to involve the right people in the company
**RESPONSABILITIES**:
- Generate **new business opportunities** by planning outbound calls to customers.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and **Margin targets**:
- Proactively develop relationships with **key internal and external contacts**:
- Engages in **active inside selling** by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements
- Manages **customer backorder** and Reporting along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing"
- Manages **project end-to-end** or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
- ** Provide, ** **sell** and **negotiate** product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains **service levels agreements** with customers
- Attainment of **Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)** such as customer engagement
- Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required
- Provides accurate and timely **quotations** (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs)
- Generate and own a **pipeline of deals** in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities
**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:
- ** 5+ years** of experience
- ** English** and **Italian** - professional proficiency
- Appreciate experience with vendors like **Adobe**, Alludo, Claris, . . .
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Excellent **telephone manner and **Effective Communication Skills
- Priority management and **planning skills**:
- Strive to **achieve set targets**:
- Good relationship building
- A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
- ** IT industry knowledge** would be desirable but not essential
