Sales Specialist
YellowSquare is looking for a Sales Specialist for our Head Office in Rome.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our Sales and Customer Care team, supporting our Squares and managing our B2B customers. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving and managing sales for corporate clients and groups, with a focus on the tourism sector. The role involves building and maintaining long-term commercial relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies to boost sales.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with tour operators, travel agencies, and direct clients.
- Analyze sales data and reports, utilizing advanced Excel tools to optimize performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance commercial offerings and ensure sales targets are met.
- Maintain regular contact with clients, offering personalized support and solutions.
Essential Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proven experience in managing complex deals.
- High-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis and reporting.
- At least 5 years of experience in sales roles within tour operators or travel agencies.
- Adaptability, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
