**This position reports to**:
Service Sales Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**:
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Service Agreements, Upgrades & Modernizations, Training, Spares Parts packages, Digital Services, and all Services belonging to the Service Portfolio of ABB Robotics within a designated market, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to Marketing, Sales and Product Management functions in Sesto San Giovanni, MI or Turin. - Reaching the sales target in your area - Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships - Understanding, promoting, offering, selling the Service Portfolio to direct and third-party Customers - Ensuring know-how sharing and cross-collaboration within the Division - Defining and implementing actions to launch new services/initiatives, pursue opportunitiesand increase sales - Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicating the value proposition of your solution to Customers - Learning and utilizing the tools required for the job (e. g. SFDC, NPS, CQP, CM, ) - Learning and complying with processes and procedures required throughout the sales cycle - Supporting cash collection and project management activities, when needed - Reading, understanding and complying with the ABB Code of Conduct in your day-to-day work
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Proven experience in Automation and Robotics and/or in the field of management of a maintenance department
- You have 3 years of experience in sales of products, systems or services
- You are at ease communicating in English
- You have a good command of the most common IT tools (MS office, Outlook, SAP, . . )
- You are qualified in ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- You have a proven ability to develop and manage customer relationship
- You are collaborative, with a solution-focused approach, and you have a strong written and spoken communication skills
