We are looking for a **Sales Specialist, committed to automation solutions and business development in Friuli Venezia Giulia area** to be hired with a permanent contract in **Padova **within the **Factory Automation **area.

The Factory Automation business unit strives to provide its customers with a comprehensive portfolio of hardware and software products which enable the integration of data from the machine level (PLC/HMI) up to Edge computing and AI.

**Your Challenge**:

As **Sales Specialist** your mission will be to **promote technical solutions** based on high tech products such as **PLCs, HMIs, Edge solutions**, **automation networks** and **SCADA systems**, support customers to find the best solution based on their requirements and work in close contact with sales force to find new customers to grow market share and keep and improve business on existing customers.

**Some of the main activities will be**:

- Promote Siemens solutions in automation field (action Area Friuli Venezia Giulia)

- Sales support to grow market share and to consolidate the existing customer portfolio

- Analyze the automation market in order to find new business opportunities

- Support for introduction of new technologies and solutions (e. g.

Edge, AI, Virtualization&Simulation, Digitalization)

- Show and evaluate technical features of products and solutions in the presales phase

- Support the sales force in the technical promotion of the automation solutions

- Establish a detailed knowledge concerning the design and automation software

- Influence the main partners and the customer's "Decision makers"

**To be a perfect fit for this role, you would already have**:

- Good knowledge and/or work experience with PLC, HMI/SCADA, industrial networking and related software and engineering tools

- Education background in electrical/automation/electronic/computer science/mechatronics engineering

- Passionate and ready to handle issues related to technological innovation in Industry 4. 0: IIoT and Industrial Clouds

- Customer centric approach and target orientation

- Great Teammate

- Passion to never-stop growing

- Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

- Proficiency in English and Italian

- Eligibility to work in Italy
