The Sales Specialist will work to help grow adoption of the HiPay products in Italy.
During this 6 months stage, the Sales Specialist will report to a Business Development Manager.
Your mission will be:
- Working closely with his/her BDM referent
- Perfectly use the tools of business prospecting available
- Identifying and sourcing new good sales opportunities
- Managing a pipeline of new and existing prospects
- Create opportunity of meetings and negotiation for his/her BDM
- Achieve the objectives of prospect found per month
- Keep track of numbers and KPI
**YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS POSITION IF. . .
- You are student in Sales, Management or Business (University or Business School)
- You have knowledges or interest of the fintech world
- You are a results oriented person
- You have à strong personality with strong commercial drive
- You are able to take initiatives and be proactive
- Flexible, informal and professional : it's you !
- You feel comfortable by using informatic tools like Office Pack of Google tools
**RECRUITMENT PROCESS
- First interview with the Business Development Manager and the Senior Head of Italy
- Second interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager who is based in France
**LOCALISATION
Our office is in Milan.
**SALARY
The salary for this traineeship is between 400 € and 600€ per month (depending on profile) + lunch tickets + laptop.
