**Now we are looking for an experienced Sales Specialist** in our office in Bergamo!

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Attraction of **new clients** and development of **relationships with customers**;

- Recognizing **customer needs** and** selling of Road logistics** services;

- Conducting **business negotiations**;

- Preparation and submission of **commercial offers**;

- Providing the **relevant expert knowledge** across solutions and logistics industry;

- Using CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales;

- Achieving and **exceeding sales targets**;

**REQUEREMENTS**:

- Experience with **sales in the logistics industry** (min 2 years);

- Deep knowledge of **Road and Multimodal** transportation;

- **Adultness in selling, assertiveness, ** proven competences in relations building;

- Excellent knowledge of **English and Italian**;

- Exceptional problem solving and negotiation skills;

- Proactivity and responsibility;

- Good team-working competences.
