The specialist will focus on our PC business, will have allocated accounts, and develop a deep knowledge of portfolio processes and vendor pricing. He/she will manage quotes and close orders; and will be incentivized based on part of the portfolio. WHAT YOU WILL DO Build excellent reseller and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge, subject to clear managerial direction. Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on product/solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company. Engage in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and developing short, medium, and long-term activities. Manage reporting and customer backorder along with specialist knowledge and engage in "intelligent project fishing. " Either manage project end-to-end or hand over to pre-sales for technical requirements. Provide, sell and negotiate product information , pricing, special offers, and promotions. Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customers. Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement. Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition. Provide accurate and timely quotations. Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system , which is regularly reviewed and updated to ensure active closure of opportunities. WHAT YOU WILL NEED 2 years of experience. Passion or curiosity towards the IT selling ecosystem. A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential. Understanding of sales processes. Excellent telephone manner and effective communication skills. Good attention to detail. Priority management and planning skills. Strive to achieve set targets. Fluent in Italian and good English.
