**About the role

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Provide effective presentations of pharmaceutical products.

- Organize communication tools (stands, leaflets, brochures, visual aids, etc. )

for congresses/workshops.

- Maintain records and measure of individual and district sales performance.

- Proactively identify changes in healthcare, delivery systems and competitive pressures to develop and modify tactics accordingly.

- Work with the line manager in developing business plans for their geographies

**Key Performance Indicators

- Achievement of agreed sales targets

- No. /Quality of calls and contacts with customers and KOLs

- Development of capability in sales team

- Correct and timely update of CRM files

- Congress/workshops good organization

**Role Requirements

- Scientific or University Degree

- Excellent English written and oral communication skills

- 3 years + proven sales experience within pharma sector

- Project management, problem solving, and change management skills.

- Understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements and issues.

- Experience selling to NHS secondary care

- Good negotiation skills.

- Ability to build positive working relationships, both internally and externally.

- Demonstrated good oral and written communication skills.

- Business related computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

- Extensive traveling required (70-80% working time), with out of home overnight.
