**Job Purpose**:
To be the first point of contact for existing and potential customers for Tech Data Services value proposition (including TaaS), utilizing their specialist Services knowledge alongside a professional and confident manner to deliver excellent customer satisfaction.
To develop new sales opportunities and to achieve their targets
**Responsibilities**:
- Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.
Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company
- Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
- Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
- Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements
- Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge
- Provide, sell and negotiate Services information, pricing, special offers and promotions
- Ensure Tech Data maintains service levels agreements with customers
- Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement
- Sell the benefits of using Tech Data and the Company value proposition, focused on Services
- Develops partner relationship (incl.
account planning, cross-selling etc.
)
- Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required
- Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information
**Knowledge Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience as inside sales/sales specialist (preferrabily selling IT services or similar)
- business/marketing/sales graduation/bachelor, or equivalent experience
- Good working level of English
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Excellent telephone manner
- Priority management and planning skills
- Strive to achieve set targets, strong result orientation
- Proactiveness and willingness to work independently
- Understands Sales Process

- Good relationship building
- Teamworking
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
