Job Overview As part of our ambitious growth and transformation plan to evolve from a System Integrator to a SaaS company, we are looking for a Sales Strategy & Operations Manager, who will closely work with the VP Strategy & Transformation and the Senior Director Sales Operations, interfacing with other critical company functions. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, the SVP Sales and the Director of Sales Operations in the development of the commercial Strategy, as well as in the definition and monitoring of the Go-to-Market plan initiativesHelp generate key strategic / sales insights on top 5-10 prospects / accounts (e. g. , key business needs, pricing, competitors' offers, potential expansion/upsell opportunities)Monitor the implementation of pipeline development initiatives across different functions (Demand Generation / Marketing, SDR, Sales, Channels & Alliances)Develop and periodically update forecast (deal booking and revenue) for current year and next onesSupport the Chief Strategy & Transformation Officer, the SVP Sales and the Director of Sales Operations in the development of the 5-year top-line (deal bookings and revenue) business plan (by geography, product line and customer segment)Support Sales and Product Management teams in the development and implementation of the Pricing StrategySupport Sales and Product Marketing Teams in the implementation of "Sales Enablement" initiatives (e. g. , improvement of sales playbook and sales narrative)Define, together with the SVP Sales and the Director of Sales Operations, the sales targets (bookings and revenue) for the next 1-2 years; in addition, support the Director of Sales Operations in the definition / update of the sales commission structureManage Hubspot CRM structure and evolutionSupport the SVP Sales and the Director of Sales Operations in the preparation of the necessary documentation for alignment meetings with the Executive Committee and the Board of DirectorsRequirements and SkillsDegree in Economics or Management EngineeringFluency in EnglishPrevious experience (3+ years) in a similar role and / or in a top-tier consulting firmTech / Software / SaaS experience is a plusExperience working alongside PE professionals is a plusProven experience in complex multinational and multicultural organizationsExceptionally strong problem-solving skills, as well as financial and analytical acumenExcellent project management / process oversight capabilitiesAbility to communicate clearly, spanning from in-the-detail analysis to board room strategic discussionsMomentum-building enthusiasm and positivityEffective listener and influencerPatient attitude and willingness to roll up sleevesExcellent knowledge of Excel and Power PointGood knowledge of Hubspot CRM Tool management and BI Tools (PowerBI)Why join usLocation flexible approach: you will be able to choose where to work from within Italy (and within the constraints of the business requirements);Learning Path: since we advocate continued learning, you will have free access to the e-learning platforms and participation in the training courses;Meal vouchers: even if you work remotely;Stimulating, young, innovative, and global working environment to unleash your full growth potential.
