**Honeywell** is looking for a **Sales Supervisor **for our Honeywell Notifier Fire Alarm division for San Donato Milanese, the Headquarter.

Honeywell Fire Alarm is a strategic business unit inside of Honeywell's Global Building Technologies Business.
Notifier is the largest manufacturer of engineered fire alarm systems with over 400 distributors worldwide and regional support operations on every continent helping to ensure we provide the flexibility and options business needs.

**Your responsibilities**:
- Responsibility for the whole target of the Lombardia Area
- Manage, drive, motivate and coach the Milan's Sales team
- Report directly into the Country Sales Manager through a dedicated meeting to discuss the main metrics
- Define the sales targets for the team
**Must have**:
- 5+ years in solution sales - Fire/Security solutions or electrical products field and proven track record of success in the business environment
- Strong experience in Lombardia market, through the main system integrators and distributors
- Firm personal motivation for the team working, proactive approach to involve, motivate and drive the growth of the team members
- Being ambitious, self-motivated, hard-working, results orientated, problem solver with a positive outlook and a clear focus on driving profit
- Ability to balance between short term achievement and long-term development.
- Being a natural forward planner who critically assesses their own performance.
- Strong communication skills.
