**Job Description**:
As a Sales Supervisor for Traditional Trade Channel, you will report directly into our Field Sales Manager, and you will be in charge of managing and coaching a team of field sales in the areas of Campania, Puglia, Molise, and Basilicata.
**Main responsabilities**:
- Manage the Traditional Trade field sales team in the given area
- Be the liaison between the Team of Agents and the Field Sales Manager
- Motivate and challenge the team ensuring an accurate and close follow-up of individual targets and KPIs;
- Coach and support the field sales team during regular field trips with team members in order to evaluate and monitor performances;
- Analyze team performances and individual results, identify market/customer needs and propose challenging strategies for the field sales team together with clear action plans for each team member;
- Organize & Attend regular sales meetings to communicate on the action points and priorities, to encourage and motivate team members; promote a positive team spirit;
- Develop and implement sales tools such as sales books, pricelists, catalogues and flyers and keep them up to date;
- Be involved in the selection, recruitment and integration of new team members;
- Support the Field Sales Manager in setting up commercial objectives and business plans by customer and clearly define commercial budgets;
- Identify customer needs and opportunities based on clear analysis of the market & customer;
- Gather information related to the customer reaction and our competitors; be alert to changes in the local market and signals coming from end users, customers, buyers and competitor activities;
- Ensure 4 days out of 5 full time presence on the field.
**Qualifications**:
- University Degree;
- At least 4 years of experience in sales roles, preferably within FMCG industry;
- Strong communication skills and problem solving;
- Solid negotiation skills, and ability to work under pressure;
- Previous experience in people management will be considered a plus.
