**Roles & Objectives

As an Intern you will be part of our Key Account (KA) & Direct Retail (DR) Operations Department for Philip Morris Italia and will be reporting to Supervisor Sales Support. &3rd Parties. The position will be based in Roma.

In your role, you will join the 3rd parties team supporting projects deployment with internal & external stakeholders. You will collaborate with several departments, to support business activities and guarantee the correct execution on a day-to-day basis.

You will also support the team in commercial KPIs analysis & monitoring.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Support the team to ensure a perfect execution, preventing potential issues among process & retro planning. Support the Third Parties Executive in agency communications & be the referent between Head Quarter & Field Force in order to verify that all the guidelines and strategic decisions are respected.

- Analyzing & monitoring performance and commercial KPIs.

**Who we're looking for

- Degree in Management, Business Administration or Economics or related fields

- Proficient in Office Suite, especially Excel and Powerpoint

- Fluent in Italian and good English level

- Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders

- Passionate about monitoring and reporting
